No matter your objective, each time you arrive at APT, your session will last 30 minutes or 1-hour. During that time, you will be put through the following:

Dynamic Warm-up (loosen the joints, increase ROM, and raise your body temperature)

Strength (primary lift with complimentary accessory work)

Conditioning (aimed at attacking the different energy systems)

Cool Down (speed up the recovery process)
