6x50 Distance Per Stroke

4x25 Sprint (try to hit same time on ea one)

*15 sec rest after ea 25

Cool Down:

300 FARTLEK (6 cycles fast/6 cycles long)

*cycle = 2 stroke (Right arm followed by left arm)
