II. Main Set:

3x150 (50dr/100sw) - 15 sec rest

2x75 (25k/50sw) - 10 sec rest

2x200 (25mod/50build/25fast x 2) - 15 sec rest

*DR - 2RA/2LA/4WS (Right Arm/Left Arm/Whole Strokes)

 

III. Finisher:

4x50 Sprint (from the blocks) on 2 min

*Goal is to maintain same speed through them all

 

IV. Cool Down:
