After ea 25 , must complete 2 Push-ups, 3 Sit-ups, 4 Squats

II. Main Set:

200 Fort Time on 6:00

Rest 2 min, Then

4x25 Swim @ + 3 sec off your best 25 on .40

3x50 Swim @ + 3 sec off your best 50 on 1:15

2x100 Swim @ + 3 sec off your best 100 on 2:00

Rest 2 min, Then

200 For Time on 6:00

Total: 1850 Yards/Meters
