1 min of ea (inch worms, supermans, gorilla burpees, band pull aparts)

Then

2x400 Pull (breathe 3, 5, 3, 7 by 100) on 6:20-6:10

2x200 REV IM (25KDR/25Sw) on 3:20-3:15

2x100 Neg Split on 1:30-1:20

*gorilla burpee - start in the top of a pushup pos then jump up into squat pos then back to pushup pos

 

II. SwimFit
