II. Main Set:

400 Pull (breathe every 3,5 by 50) on 6:00/6:30

Then 4x100 Desc 1-4 on 1:30/1:40

2x200 DPS, -1 by 25 on 3:00/3:30

Then 4x100 Neg Split on 1:25/1:35

8x50 5 dolphin kicks off ea wall on 1:00

Then 4x100 on 1:20/1:30

 

Total: 3,400 Yards/Meters
