Min 0-3 = 50 Swim + 5 DB thrusters + 5 Burpees

Min 3-6 = 50 Swim + 6 DB thrusters +6 Burpees

Min 6-9 = 50 Swim + 7 DB thrusters + 7 Burpees

Min 9-12 = 50 Swim + 8 DB thrusters + 8 Burpees

Min 12-15 = 50 Swim + 9 DB thrusters + 9 Burpees

Min 15-18 = 50 Swim + 10 DB thrusters + 10 Burpees

Min 18-21 = 50 Swim + 11 DB thrusters + 11 Burpees

Min 21-24 = 50 Swim + 12 DB thrusters + 12 Burpees
